Antec Neo He 550 Manual

I recently received a working power supply from my friend and some other working parts. I have been using this PC with a non PSU power Graphics Card since I didn't have the proper cable to connect a Graphics Card. I plugged the cable into the power supply and it did not work. I unplugged everything and rearranged the cables a couple times. Still no hope. The Motherboard light will come one. So I grabbed the other PSU I have and plugged it in. It works and the system boots.

I cant figure out what the problem is. The other power supply is 530 Wats max and 550 Watts on the Antec.Antec Neo HE550. These cables are hard to find and now. It had pictures in the manual and I was pretty sure it was the right cable. It also describes the cable as 3 yellow wires and three black and that is what the cable exactly looks like.
